So, when the first delivery arrived, there was no urn in the box. Just the black cloth bag in the shrink wrapped bag, inside of the "fancy" box that the urn should have been in. No problem, I let them know, and they immediately sent out a new one, but I will have to make a trip to return the empty box, which is a bummer. The second one arrived, and right away, I noticed that it was heavier, so I knew that the urn was in there. As soon as I opened the outer cardboard box, and took out the velvet box that the urn came in, it immediately smelled ATROCIOUS!!!! Like I literally had to throw out everything from the package other than the urn and the little funnel and poker! I had no choice but to physically take it outside, after spraying a really good condensed room spray did NOTHING to mask the smell!! The silver edge around the top is not straight, and looks poorly constructed. The lid is quite terrible on the inside, the threading of the top and inside of the lid are just so bad I don't even know HOW it could be made so poorly. Makes me wonder how great of a container this really is..... The ad says it's "100% hand engraved", which I have no clue what they mean by that, since it is not in any way hand engraved. The flower PRINT however is very very pretty. The bottom also has a soft cloth on it, which will help protect whatever piece of furniture you put it on. Overall, I Recommend this mini urn ONLY if you are in love with the roses, otherwise, find a different one. The smell is just one of the worst things I have ever smelled in my life!! If you don't want to deal with that, you really won't want to get this one. I hope My Review has been Helpful!! 😊👍
