US bills don't fit extremely snug the dividers are adjustable to 4 bills that fit much better but the clips can't be adjusted so I removed them completely. The coin tray is removable. THe whole till and draw comes completely out as one. I thought I could be able to push it and it would pop back open but that's not so every transaction I use the key to manually pop it open. The POS printer function was something I know I would not use and was unable to test. Overall a great drawer for the occasional cash transactions much better then a bake sale lock box for sure.

The permanently attached cable will not work with my application. Site images only show the cable laying on the case, there are no images of the bottom of the cabinet so you can see it's a permanent hard wired application. No where in the description does it say it's a permanent hard wired cable, only says it's a POS activated drawer. I guess just showing the cable is an indication that it simply is supplied as part of the deal. If something were to happen to the cable, then you would have to pull out the entire drawer, take it apart, and attempt to "re-wire" the solenoid yourself. Having an RJ11/RJ12 receptacle on the bottom or back of the cabinet to plug a cable of your desired length, or replace it as needed, is crucial. The construction of the drawer was good and seemed to be sturdy and durable, I just hate I was not able to use it due to the cable issue to find out. 3 stars for not being forthcoming with all the needed information, and wasting my time with having to wait 48 hrs for them to send me a return shipping label.

Excellent cash drawer. Works with my square pos utilizing my epson TM-88V receipt Printer and phone cable. Solidly built. Love that just the coin tray can be removed or you can remove the entire till. My only knock is that they don’t make white mounting brackets to match. I bought the white Century mounting brackets for their 13” manual cash drawer and just drilled new holes. Those brackets work perfectly. The bill holders do fit U.S. dollars but they are maxed out. Its not as easy with a big hand to get the bills out so you have to go slow but otherwise, its excellent. Seller was amazing as they did ship quickly and when I emailed for an additional key, they sent me 2 additional keys.

Sturdy, easy to install. Had no issues in any way. It arrived well packaged and works perfectly. Includes keys and attached cord. Only tow minor issues I have is you can't put much pressure on it when the drawer is open or it tips up and that the change cups are all one piece, nice to be able to remove separately for speed of counting. Tipping can be solved with a simple L bracket and this is probably the case with any drawer. The coin holder can be removed and the entire drawer as well. Overall a good product and works flawlessly with no installation issues.

Got this for our customer, who reported back to us that the bill tray slots are so narrow that the cashiers must take an extra couple seconds to fit the bills into the bill slots. 100's of times a day adds up into tens of minutes of just arranging dollar bills - a very poor use of time. High-volume operation = find a different CD. The slot on the front only works if you are storing very few pieces of paper (such as receipts or checks) in it because the way the drawer is designed. If you need to store a lot of paper in that slot, this is not the CD for you. Pops nicely, locks nicely, looks good.

*The drawer itself is great, no issues, plug and play and nice very looking. I would purchase again. *As Far as the seller ~ I asked the seller if I could purchase a replacement key for the register drawer that I purchased 6 months ago. That day he mailed me 2 free keys! Excellent customer service A+++ I have used the drawer in my store for 6 months with the main register, approximately 3000-4000 transactions a day. My girls can be a little rough on equipment sometimes.... It has held up great so far!
