I recently had the chance to try out the Hisiu Permanent Adhesive Decal Vinyl in the Blue 40FT roll, courtesy of the Amazon Vine program. My experience with this product shares some similarities with a previous vinyl roll I've used. First and foremost, let's talk about performance. Just like the previous vinyl, this one proves to be easy to work with. It's compatible with my Cricut ad my Vevor sign maker, and the cutting and weeding process went smoothly. The adhesive properties are reliable, ensuring that my decals adhere well to various surfaces, including cups. The end results are clean and professional-looking, which is exactly what I aim for in my crafting projects. Now, onto the value aspect. I must say that the 40-foot length of this roll does come up a bit short compared to similar products in the market. The fact that it's priced similarly to other brands offering 50-foot rolls does make the value proposition less appealing, also there are fewer colors to choose form compared to some other options out there. However, there's a unique feature that sets this product apart - the full size grid pattern on the back of the vinyl. This grid comes in handy for precise measurements and marking out cuts. It helps reduce material wastage and ensures that I can make the most out of every inch of vinyl. This feature adds a level of convenience that might make up for the slightly shorter roll length, is a step up from some pother brands which either have no grid, or only partial grids on their products. Hisiu - I would purchase the white vinyl again. Cutting Images on the Cricut - Great - I had no issues with this vinyl in white. One thing that set this vinyl apart was that the tape sticker used to hold the rolls together during shipping was very easy to pull off without sticking to the vinyl or tearing it during removal. The vinyl adhered well to the backing and all the images I cut on this vinyl roll was usable. White color roll was cut square and easy to use right out of the box. I had no issues with cutting the product on my cricut. Removing Image (weeding) and Placing it on Product - Great - Weeding the vinyl was relatively easy. However, as a beginner I am sure as the images get more detailed, the weeding is more difficult. I did have issue with the inside of the letter "o" tearing off too much of the backing and exposing the paper underneath. However, that could have been beginner error. Adhesion - Great - I had no issues with this vinyl and adhesion. I used transfer tape and all images easily bonded and stayed attached to the item I was putting them on. As far as longevity of the adhesion, I can't judge longevity, because I just did them recently so not enough time has passed to rate the longevity of the adhesion. Durability - Great - While burnishing the vinyl down to the individual items, I saw no wear and tear of the vinyl. No color was removed. Vinyl didn't stretch or break. In addition, I had to fix a tiny bubble on the white and it was durable enough to easily fix the bubble without messing up the vinyl image. As far as durability after washing and/or after outdoor exposure I can't speak to that as not enough time has transpired to adequately judge that. Hisiu Colors: White is a very bright and clean white. My husband said he thought it had a tinge of grey to it, but I thought it was a nice clean white. (You can judge for yourself in the attached photo of the front door)

Continuing the kitchen decoration initiative, I used the blue vinyl to decorate a Lazy Susan for my living room. The blue vinyl had a nice clean cut with the Cricut Explore Air 2. It was super easy to weed. Note to new users: make sure you use a light grip mat with this vinyl since it has a paper backing. Since I myself am new to this, I spent 20 minutes trying to scrape the paper off my Cricut mat. The one thing about this vinyl is it did not stick too well to the textured bamboo surface. Probably not the product's fault, but rather my choice of surface. But I would definitely use it again, maybe on a smoother surface next time.

I am building a 3D printer enclosure and it is based on an IKEA "LACK" table. Unfortunately, the IKEA legs are not long enough so I obtained an 8 ft 2x2 board and cut it to make new legs. These I sanded and then vinyl wrapped to match the table top. This permanent vinyl was perfect for the job. It sticks to the wooden legs and to itself very well. It was easy to cut with scissors or a Stanley knife. Most importantly it was easy to peel the backing off. Overall a good way to get a better finish for my printer enclosure. The 15ft length gives me plenty of vinyl to play with and to practice on the first leg and figure out how NOT to wrap it :-). Incidentally, it was easy to remove my failed wrap and reapply. I imagine the adhesive will bond more tightly as time passes. Packaging was simple plastic bag for the roll, shipped in a strong recyclable cardboard box.

This is the best deal on vinyl I have found. Its good quality vinyl, works just as well if not better than some of the well known brands. It feels the slightest bit thinner but that is actually what I prefer for making personalized cups and things. The adhesive is great, as with all my vinyl projects I use a bit of heat to really adhere them to what ever I am using. The price is amazing! I will not be using any other vinyl unless I have to from here on out. This stuff works great, is so easy to use, and is affordable.
