Honestly really happy with this chain. The Figaro style looks super clean and classic, and the diamond-cut links give it a nice shine. It’s smooth and comfortable to wear all day, no snagging or pulling at all. The quality feels solid too. It’s sterling silver with gold plating, and I like that it’s hypoallergenic since I have sensitive skin. Haven’t had any issues with irritation, and it hasn’t tarnished so far, even with regular wear. My only concern is that it's stamp states Italy, but the packaging says it's made in China, which is why I took off one star. I am not sure if this is 100% solid sterling silver that is plated in gold, or if it's brass, nickel-silver, or another costume jewelry alloy. I got the 5mm, 20-inch size and it fits perfectly, not too tight, not too long. Looks great on its own but also works well layered with other chains. This is a nice looking gold chain. Yes it's gold plated sterling silver but the plating was done very well. Its a perfect length for me as I can wear it alone or with another chain. I chose the 7mm chain which was the largest. It has some weight to it but not anymore than a 18 or 24k gold chain. The chain feels thick and durable so you don't have to worry about this one breaking very easily. There's conflicting opinions on if it was actually made in Italy like it says but I would like to believe so. ... show more
