    • Convenient breakout board for this useful tiny SMT sensor
I needed a simple analogue light sensor that responds to light in the human visible range, this tiny breakout board makes using the surface mount TEMT6000 sensor so easy. The board has a nice mounting hole and comes with header pins which you will need to solder onto the board if you wish to use them.     • Poor low light range
There is almost no low light detection. I wanted to automate some indoor lights when "too dim" and "too bright". These sensors stop detecting at a level well above where lights need to be turned on. Same results using an ESP32 30pin and ESP32 38pin as the microcontroller.
