It's true to size. Very comfortable. Love the pockets...the more the merrier. Great quality..doesn't feel cheap. I gave it 4 stars due to the waist rolling down so not sure if it's because it high waisted but I'm constantly unrolling it every time I bend forward.

I like these because I need all the pockets and support to keep my pants up. I also wanted these so I could pull the bottom part of the scrubs up while giving showers or if it’s just hot. I carry a lot of work gear that weigh down my pants so need the elastic band plus drawstring. The zipper is hard to open and close and the calves are too small. I got two different sizes and even the larger one can’t go up to my knees or even mid calf. ... show more

I really REALLY wanted to love these. The texture of the fabric is amazing, the fit around the ankle and calf were perfect. The pockets were great, both in depth and ergonomic location, I loved the waist band, and really wanted to love the draw string... But, me being a shorter, rounder individual, everything from the thigh up was a mess. The best way I can describe it is that these were made for a woman with a LONG torso. The length from the crotch to the waist band was literally long enough to pull up to my boobs. If I slid the band down to "waist" height, it created a wonky "poof" of material that bunched very oddly around my crotch/upper thigh region. No matter how I tried to adjust them, it just didn't look right. I tried rolling the waist band, rolling the waistband IN... nothing helped. Like I said, these appear to be great quality pants otherwise, but you better be TALL if youre gonna buy them. Until I have an adult growth spurt, these will be my backup pair of scrub pants that live in my car. ... show more
