Came extremely well packaged with the pieces wrapped in individual plastic. Pieces held together with strong zip ties to limit sliding around in the box. Instructions were clear and detailed. I really appreciated the separate instructions for all 3 configurations. Best if you have two people to put it together. It's very tall and long, so measure your space. Solid construction and it doesn't wobble. We haven't put any clothes on it yet, however it seems to be a good value for the money. I loved the gold color...added a touch of class. I hope that the finish holds up over time with the hangers sliding back and forth. ... show more

Lots of missing parts and no clear point of contact for help. The parts I got were great, but it stinks it was missing a decent amount of parts and I’m still trying to figure out how to fix it.
