I got this wine key for my job as a server where i would be opening many bottles of wine. I was very new to it and had my coworker Try it out and she said it was the wine key from hell. But once I got a hold of it and knew my way around a wine key it became one of the most efficient ones in the restaurant to the point where that same coworker who borrowed it shortly (after I broke it in) asked me where I got it from because it's so good. It feels ergonomic. The grip is nice, sometimes those fully metal ones can hurt your hand. The design is very formal and sleek. I got many compliments on the wood detail. it's sturdy I've dropped it several times and works just as good. I've opened many difficult bottles of wine and it has never failed. Cool wine opener. I bought the white handle. Pretty good looking. The HICoup wine opener is a quality product. I like this type of wine over vs. all others. It has a fluted corkscrew for ease of going into the cork. The dual hinge on the opener is very easy to use. The size is smaller enough to throw into the backpack when going on road trips.
