The chair itself is fantastic — sturdy, lightweight, easy to clean, and perfect for both mealtime and travel. Not only is this a GREAT sturdy chair for our active toddler, is super easy to set up and use, and comfortable, but when the product arrived and I read the (super short/straightforward) instructions, I felt immediately at ease about the company. It is clear a lot of careful time and energy was spent designing this toddler chair and all the included instructions, and if I needed to reach out to the company’s customer service I suspect I would have been helped immediately. But because the product is so great and the instructions for use so simple, we haven’t needed customer service - instead we’ve just been enjoying using the chair outside this spring!

We love our hiccapop chair! We were gifted another brand when we found out we were having twins and are ordering her a hiccapop one as we say daily, how much we dislike the other brand, for multiple reasons 😅 Hiccapop chair is more comfortable, the twins actually fight to get to it first! Tray is easy to get on and off, unlike the other brand, we literally have to shove it on there and almost always spill food! The buckle doesn't dig into their legs, like the other brand and doesn't get jammed either. Not to mention, when we have had an issue, after daily use for 3 years, the customer service was amazing and fixed it immediately, with ease, might I add. We always search hiccapop first for our children's needs!

I purchased this because my little one started slamming backward in the chair we had previously and I felt he could be unsafe. This one seemed more secure, as it is secured to a chair (and can be used on the floor with reinforced feet!) and let me just say WE LOVE IT! Love the features (washable with dishwasher-safe tray) and love that it's easily portable! The weight limit gave us a sigh of relief because he is growing quickly! It's overall a great product! My only grievance is that we have to put a pillow behind him so he's at the proper angle to eat, but that also means there's room for him to grow into it. And unlike his previous chair, he now has foot support to help with this! Definitely recommend! And will most likely be purchasing a second!

I want to congratulate the creators of this chair. It’s very comfortable, practical, and useful for children. I also think it’s an incredible company since it offers a Life Guarantee, and whenever a part of the chair has been damaged, they’ve sent me a replacement. Thank you so much!. Something else I’d like to mention is that when I bought it back then, it was the only one of this model. Over the years, other similar ones came out, but this one is the original. Pros: This has come in handy for us so many times, especially after welcoming our second kid a year and a half ago. I don't recall anymore how long it's been since we bought this but it's definitely been useful to us for the last 1.5-2 years. It's been very convenient to just leave in the trunk of our car for use when visiting family and friends without taking up too much trunk space, and the strap on the carry bag makes it way more convenient when you're busy wrestling kids in or out of a building. It's also come in handy as an extra seat when we've had other people bring over little ones, but forgot or didn't have a booster to bring of their own. Another (unexpected) plus is that because of how it's set-up, you can also just set it up directly on the floor as opposed to on a chair if you don't have enough chairs or chairs that might not seem sturdy enough for your little one. Cons: The tray is not very large so as your kid gets bigger, it will become less and less useful - and if they're like mine, they'll figure out how to tear the tray off anyway. It's not quite tall enough though for your kid to be at a good height at the table once they can no longer be trusted with the tray. You could maybe place something underneath it to prop it up a little higher as the canvas sinks down a little under their weight. I haven't tried that personally, but it might not help much anyway depending on the size/height of your little one. I definitely would not recommend this as a full-time high/booster chair replacement due to the height at table issue I just mentioned, but also because as your little one gets bigger and older and squirmier, this chair is just not sturdy enough to keep them safe and "contained" (not falling out) like an actual high chair or booster should. My youngest can essentially twist himself out of the buckles when he feels like it. I will add that with my youngest being quite large and a squirmy one, I'm looking into possibly getting a different travel booster that would fit better at table height and hopefully be more sturdy so that he can't twist his way out of it. Nonetheless, this chair is still pretty good at getting the job done for kids that are sitting up on their own and eating well, I'd say for ages 8 months (I'd say 6 months, but honestly I think that this shouldn't be the first chair they're in when they're still getting introduced and used to sitting and eating solids) to 15 months (after this is about when my little one started ripping off the tray and twisting out of the seat)
