My pup does not like getting his teeth cleaned. To avoid having to get his professionally cleaned our vet advised us to start a teeth cleaning routine at home. These work and work well, but I will say a word of warning to those with smaller fingers - they don't stay on well. I have smaller hands and I have a hard time keeping them on to clean my pup's teeth. However, my partner with bigger hands has no problem. My dog didn't take too well with this cleaning method, not good at holding still for these wipes to be in his mouth. When I got in there a bit, it did appear to take off some of his teeth stains.

For cat, easier than brushing with tooth brush or finger brush. Our little girl is having some dental issues, with horrid breath, and I wanted to get a head of further problems. Brushing her teeth accomplished nothing but a giant mess and a very unhappy cat. I agree that the wipes are a little big for her mouth, but we make it work. I used the unscented, in hopes of making her accept the new method. I've used them for 3 days and can see great improvement in the appearance of her teeth and gums. She tolerates this so much better than using a toothbrush! I think even her bad breath as diminished a little. I think this product is gentler on tender, inflamed gums. Cat didnt like it but i got it done, i took before and after video for my 9 year old kittie, and there was an imediate visable difference but it wont let me put up both videos, fighting to clean them every once in a while will be way better then the vet bill for major cleaning or removal so will prob use these a lot.
