Looks great so far, mine came as a "double life" drawbar with the removable spacer and scored threads so you can easily cut it off for the "second life." Oxide finished and accurately threaded. Fits my aged mid 80s Taiwanese step head Bridgeport clone like a glove. Life expectancy, well we shall see.     • Good draw bar but hex shaft is too short
Size: 21-1/8" OAL
Good quality draw bar, like the rubber washer so the metal spacer/washer doesn't fall down and get stuck in the mill. One down side is the hex shaft is quite short on my Sharp LMV mill, doesn't stick it the top like it should. Have to use a deep socket wrench to loosen and tighten it.

Works as intended for my Supermax 16-VS vertical mill. Only negative is the wrench end was bent slightly upon arrival which causes it to wobble about 1/4" while running. Doesn't necessarily hurt the function but still not perfect.

What a piece of garbage. Maybe it’s just me, but I installed this on my mill. And used it for about a half hour. Went to remove the drill chuck and snappo. Either the pins broke, or it was just epoxied in there. Thankfully I have bins and bins of pins and a spare draw bar so I was able to re drill this pin it and it’s good now. May not be the case for everyone but man was I mad ... show more

It is working but we had to remove 3 inches from the hex as it did not match the specs of what was in the product description. We made it work though.

We snapped the shaft of our original draw bar where the hex meets the shaft. She served us many years and now she will serve us many more. Great price, but the hex portion is a little small. Quill must be all the way up.
