I've wanted one of these for a long time, and my wife never understood why. After an hour or so of installation, she understands! It's so nice to have for rinsing out protein shakers and other cups. No installation involving plumbing is easy, but this one was simple, and if the area under your sink is less infuriating than mine it'll be a breeze. Also: if you want hot water, the spout that already has a hose branching off to your dish washer is the one you want (I wanted hot water but got cold because I'm silly and too lazy to change it now)

UPDATE! Changing 2/5 to 5/5. The company reached out and replaced my broken one. Great customer service, would buy from again 100%. ---------------------------------------------- I bought and installed this last March, used it everyday, worked great and loved it. However last month, I hear my girlfriend start panic screaming from the kitchen. I rushed in to see what was going on and this thing was stuck pressed down, spewing spiraling water all over the walls and ceiling like a kids summertime yard toy. I had to wedge my fingers under it to pry it up to keep it from spraying everywhere. I initially thought that it could just be the result of hard water buildup, but I’ve cleaned it extensively and it still wouldn’t return to the off position. Even manually pulling it up it was still pressed down enough that it continued slowly leaking so I had to eventually uninstall it. Wish it would have held up longer. 2/5 stars.

I bought this not sure if we would use it, but now that we have it, I'm sure it will get plenty of use. This works great for all but the largest of our mugs, and it works on our small ice cream bowls. I think there may be bigger ones available, but this one appears to be very well-built and durable, which may or may not be the case with a larger version. So unless you have extra large coffee mugs or crocks you want to rinse, you can buy this with confidence. If you frequently rinse glasses, mugs, ramekins, and/or small bowls, you will love this. Installation was straightforward (although cleaning out the area under our sink took longer than expected...). We swapped out our built-in soap dispenser that no one really used anyway, and this fit just fine. Also, the tee fitting that other reviewers have questioned leaked at first for me, but then I tightened it and it immediately stopped leaking. So I'm keeping an eye on it, but it looks like it will be fine. I'll update this review if needed, but I'm thinking this will be very, very useful. UPDATE: Also handy for rinsing most recycling.

Yessssss this is awesome. You don’t need that built in soap pump. You need this. I feel like we use less water to rinse cups. Just push it down for a quick powerful rinse, instead of turning on the spout to let the water dump in. Not terrible to instal. There is a little bit of the black paint rubbing off on the edge and I still gave it 5 stars. Even knowing that, I’d by it again and again. Ps, don’t forget to clean around it every now and again. Just because it cleans things doesn’t mean it cleans itself.

They still offered to refund me the money I spent on a replacement part. Excellent customer service and the product is now working as advertised.

I purchased this February 29th, 2024 and installed it March 10th, 2024. Today is September 12th, 2024 and the paint is completely coming off of it. I use this EVERY day. I have an infant at home and use this to rinse out baby bottles and it has been a lifesaver! I love this product. Truly. It’s in my top three products I recommend to new moms because it is so convenient. However, now that it’s chipped, I couldn’t possibly recommend it anymore. Not sure how to contact the seller but hoping I can find their customer service and be sent a new one. I’ll update if we find a resolution.
