Perfect for kids younger than 11 or so. Ordered it for a 7th grader but it's not flowy and it has a little bow in the front. The fabric is a bit stiff but the shorts underneath are perfect for a school uniform. Would not recommend for kids older than 11, but must have for younger kids uniform.
