The media could not be loaded. My kitchen faucet started leaking, it was the pull-down hose that runs down under the sink and has a weight to keep it in place. This was the third one of these faucets in the last 20 years to go bad, we are a household of 2 adults, and because of this we decided to find a pull-down that doesn't have the long hose with a weight on it, I started looking and I found the HGN Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, this is what I was looking for, and the price was great (about 1/5 of what we paid for the last one), the reviews were mostly favorable, so I ordered it. Today was the installation day for this faucet and it took longer to remove the old faucet than to install the new one. I love how easy it is to choose the level of spray and that I can set it to stream or spray and it stays without having to hold the button down. The finish is really nice. Installation instructions were clear, and it was packaged securely. I'm not quite sure how to register it for the warranty, the box says "Lifetime Warranty", but I'll be sure to save my order information. So far I love everything about this faucet. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Looks great with the backsplash and the water pressure is excellent—sometimes even a bit too strong, but that’s a good thing. The kitchen water feels hotter now and heats up much faster. The installation process was alright, though the soap dispenser was a bit challenging to install, but I made it work and really like it. Easy to install, I replaced a traditional kitchen faucet to this, I choose this size - height due to having Cabinet's over my sink and not a window, this size allowed room for lights without looking to large, I like the spray nozzle & it doesn’t turn back off each time you reduce or change water temp like other faucets I’ve had, it stays on spray until you change it back, the spray also reduces the amount of water you use while the pressure is still amazing, I installed mine a few months before making the review and use it allot without a dishwasher and so far I’ve had no issues, I like being able to remove it from holder to rinse down sink without having to have a long or stretching cord, it’s a solid line but long enough to reach both sides of double sink, and it looks great while super functional! ... show more

It seemed decent quality when I installed it in July of 23 and it definitely looked nice. Here it is May 24 and I'm looking for it's replacement because it's leaking and the handle is falling apart. It was good for a while but not so good overall. Update: the seller reached out to me after my initial poor review and offered a full refund. There were no conditions attached to the refund (like updating this review). It was just good will. That really is excellent customer service and a seller who cares about their product and their customers. Try as I might I'm human and not everything I do is perfect. They're human too. My initial review still stands and the faucet I received didn't last very long but it was manufactured and sold by people who try and care. That means the world to me. This is my second faucet like this. I installed one in my kitchen 4 years ago when I remodeled because I didn’t have the budget for an expensive faucet, and I figured I would replace it later. Well my water is extremely hard and it eventually ruined the other one, and I chose to replace with the same one because I would rather my water ruin a $40 faucet every 4 years instead of a $400 one. Love the design! Easy to install! Some parts feel heavy duty, others not so much. Overall not bad for price! Delivery was quick. My water pressure is so much better.
