Great shoes. I work at Disney and am on my feet all day. Also flat feet. They have a roomy toe box but run a little small so get a size bigger. Insole feels good and is replaceable as needed.

I bought these to wear at work since they’re designed with non-slip soles and special insoles for people who are on their feet a lot. Unfortunately the pair I ordered ended up being a little too small, so I’ll be returning them and ordering the next size up. Aside from the sizing issue, they seem very well made. Right away I noticed they feel even more comfortable than regular Hey Dudes. The insoles have noticeably more support and cushioning, which should make a big difference during long shifts. The non-slip outsole is also a nice feature for work environments where floors can get slick. They’re still lightweight and easy to slip on like regular Hey Dudes, but they feel more purpose-built for work. If the next size fits correctly, I can definitely see these becoming my go-to work shoes. ... show more
