I was skeptical at first, until I received them. They are true to size. Lightweight. Absolutely comfortable. Very well made. I consider these a modern mix between Loafers and Toms; priced reasonably decent. Definitely a good buy. I replaced my shoes with 7 pairs of Hey Dudes.

Reading reviews can be daunting but most point to - 'near' fit but going up a half size is recommended. Seems they rarely include their normal shoe size. They just state 'fits'. Yes, do the half notch up. So, having the most common men's size in the world... 9-10.5, I ordered 10 as 9.5's (normal) can run tight. What shipped was a perfect Euro 43 or US 10. Wide and forgiving they are. The soles may have mold release film on them from the factory. When new they can be a tad scooty on some surfaces. Scuff 'em on concrete to strip off the film and they're not bad traction wise. The liners are likely gonna be an issue. They look quality but the foam may be too dense? At least for my weight compressing them. Switched to Merrel's liners and boom - favorite house cruisers ever!! ... show more
