Cost at time of order: $49 Value for price: 5 out of 5 Better than average quality at a reasonable price. One of the better backpacks in this price range I’ve seen. About me (aka why bother with my opinion here): I travel and attend geek conventions a lot each year. I’m always looking for bags I can use on those travels. I have a very good quality suitcase set (about $600 for the set) and one leather laptop bag ($400) that I use consistently on all trips. They have a lot of good organizational features, excellent quality materials, and very well made. However, when you’re traveling somewhere and planning to cosplay, additional bags quickly become necessary. I own about half a dozen packs and small bags in addition to those primary travel bags. I have yet to find enough good quality bags and packs for those largest conventions, so I am always trying out new ones. Most of them get returned, donated, or given away to less picky friends and family. Quality of materials and workmanship: Above average The fabric of this backpack is canvas. The canvas is strong, and the pack itself is well made. The sewing and seams for all items are good quality, with no obvious issues or flaws. The zippers are nothing to write home about, but they do work decently (definitely not YKK zippers for sure). The water bottle pockets have a strong elastic edge that will grip and contain water bottles well. The lining of the lunch box is the only thing that seems to be less than good quality - it’s one of the cheaper materials used for soft lunch boxes. Overall this is one of the better quality bags I have gotten in this price range. There is also a charging port with both USB-A and USB-C inside the bag. That is a nice touch for this price range. Comfort: Good The straps and back are padded and easy to adjust. Once adjusted to your preferred length, the pack is comfortable to wear with moderate weight (less than 10 pounds). Ease of use/organization: Very good The pack has two main compartments, including one with the padding for a laptop or tablet. The primary non-laptop compartment has a good number of slots and pockets inside to help keep you organized. In addition, you can put the smaller pouches and cases that come with this set in this compartment for additional organizational assistance. The exterior has a few more zip and open slots and pockets as well. The trolley strap in the back is just a bonus for this pack. Style: Cute I am a big fan of contrasting black and white in fashion. This pack is a great use of this. It is attractive. Will I keep it: Unsure It is good enough I will give it a try for a few trips. That is better than I can say for most bags I order. I’m not sure it will hold up (durability and usability) long term, but it has potential. Overall This is a good value overall.

I am really impressed by this backpack (and extras!) by Hey Yoo. The quality of the fabric and stitching is really great, with reinforced seams and thick fabric that appears to be very durable. The padded straps are comfortable to wear, and the size of the backpack is adequate to hold plenty of stuff, whether it be for school or traveling. I actually ordered this as a personal item to bring on my trip this summer, as my old backpack is small and starting to fall apart at the seams. This Hey Yoo pack will be more than adequate to hold all my stuff, and I’ll be able to pack it neatly in the multiple different compartments, so while I’m on the confines of my plane seat, I’ll easily be able to find my book, snacks, charger, pillow, etc. I love the built-in charger cords, so you can charge your devices while they’re in the backpack - no worries about leaving your phone on an airport chair when you’re charging before getting on your flight, or you can use an internal power bank to charge your devices as you use them outside the backpack. There’s one pouch that fits my chromebook, and a strap on the back-touching part of the pack that can slide down over a roller luggage handle, which is really efficient for traveling around the airport. I like how the pack comes with a cute little lunch pouch, pencil pouch (which I’ll use for cosmetics), coin purse, and super soft fluffy keychain. For all that you get with this backpack set as well as the great quality, this is definitely a good value - I certainly recommend it for school, travel, hiking, or whatever!

This is the cutest backpack I’ve seen in a long time. It is also made of quality materials and workmanship. There are multiple parts to this full sized backpack. It is not made to fit little kids. The main pack has multiple dividers and inside pockets, including one with a zipper, and a laptop or tablet sleeve. In addition, on the top left side, you can find a charging cable and USB port. Anyone who uses it will need a charging bar, as that is not included. It is very roomy and will suit anyone who has lots of things to carry. The interior material is washable nylon and easy to wipe down–in case of whatever mess happens. On the outside, there are side pockets that allow for water bottles. And additional smaller pockets that will hold smaller items as needed. The shoulder straps are well cushioned and on first try feel comfortable. So, the backpack in and of itself is worth the price for sure. BUT! There’s more. The set includes a pencil bag and a lined lunch bag. What more can you want in a backpack? And of course, you can also use it as a travel bag. Oh, and there is a little whit furball that you can hang from the bag. My cat’s already eyeing it.

I gifted this bag to my bonus granddaughter and she was too excited about it. She’s ten and it’s perfect for her upcoming school year. The bag and accessories seem to be well made and hopefully last her the entire school year and the following. Its super girly. The bows are such a sweet little touch.
