I am going to NYC for vacation and I wanted to find some good comfortable walking shoes that wouldn't have me limping at the end of the day. I was torn between two sandals - one those infamous marshmallow shoes and the other supposed to be a great one with peacock colors. Something wasn't quite right about both. They were good, but not great. I was having an issue with both causing my ankle to roll. I could wear a brace and be fine, but something was holding me back. Then I got these shoes. Sparkly silver to fascinate my inner cat. I put them on and they were perfect. No issues and comfortable. I decided to return the sandals. As much as I liked them, I knew I would never love them. As for this shoe - very light. I loathe wearing enclosed foot shoes. I'm very much a slide person until I can't be. This was the first shoe that didn't cause issues. They were comfortable. Good inner pad. Sparkle was nice without being in your face. Just enough to catch the eye. I wear 9 - 10 depending on the shoe. I got a 10 in these and they are a tiny bit big. That's fine with me. I would rather that than too small. 9.5 would have been great for my foot. I do like that my feet don't get too hot in these. Inside is not scratchy at all. Just received these shoes a few minutes ago. Put the right one on and it felt very comfortable. Then I picked up the left shoe and noticed the bottom is dirty. Checked the bottom of the right shoe and it is dirty and so is the inside of the shoe. They have obviously been worn in the dirt/mud. They are very light weight and the toe box is roomy. Not sure if I will return them or try cleaning them. Very disappointed. Update - I returned these shoes and reordered. This time the shoes were in the original box and in perfect new condition. I’ve been seeing these shoes recommended for a while but always thought they were kinda ugly. One day I saw a nurse wearing this leopard print pattern so I had to look for them. When I say these are my new favorite shoes, I’m not exaggerating. I’m very finicky with my shoes and thought I’d wear them once in a while… I’ve worn them every day for weeks. These are awesome shoes! Very, very comfortable. Extremely lightweight but still provide plenty of support. Casual but look great with just about any outfit. I got them for a vacation in LA - so glad I did! They are the only shoes I brought for the entire trip. Great for walking. I’m definitely getting some other colors. So I bought a 10 at first as that's my usual size. It was too small. My toes were rubbing and it wasn't comfortable. Got a size 11 and now it's perfect. I'm confused as to why some reviews say to size down, but some say true to size or to size up. I guess it just depends on your feet. Mine are narrow as well so it is hard finding slip on shoes in my size that actually stay on my feet. These are VERY light weight. And the quality seems questionable. The material isn't that strong. I was on the fence about buying this shoe for almost a year now because I'm very picky and was afraid I wasn't going to like it. However I just got them yesterday and am very pleased. They are so comfy and easy to slip on. Because of the sizing (I'm normally a 6 1/2) I didn't know if I should size up or size down, now I know sizing down is the right way to go (I got a 6). I love all the colors too. The only thing I have to say is that the grip isn't very good. when I first put them on I thought I was going to slip although( now that I've worn them for hours and I'm accustom to it) I was able to wear them during my gym class with no problems.
