I’ve tried everything. Inserts, exercises. stretching, specialty shoes, staying off my feet entirely and so many other things. All helped to some degree but just as I would make some progress in healing, suddenly the pain would worsen again. I work from home but I’m still very active and on my feet much of the day. I started just wearing my converse around the house to get some support and noticed a bit of an increase in pain relief that my other PF specific shoes and insoles didn’t provide. I didn’t want to wear my everyday outdoor shoes around the house all day though so I intended on grabbing a new pair of converse to wear as house shoes when I came across an article on Hey Dude shoes being more comfy like slippers. So I grabbed a pair not expecting any more support and comfort than my converse. I have been so pleasantly surprised! I’ve been wearing them about a week and have noticed a significant decrease in the pain. I’m even able to get back into more walking and exercise again wearing them. There’s not a ton of arch support but definitely more than my other sneakers. My pain seems to stay in my heel and only slightly into my arch and these have been perfect. The minute I put them on it was pure relief. In just a week I’ve noticed my pain had diminished to about half what it was. If you’ve ever had PF then you know just how painful it can be and how long it can take to heal so it’s impressive to see this much improvement. I’m still doing my plantars routine of tens machine in the morning, ibuprofen through the day, icing in the afternoon and massage gun at night but these shoes have made the biggest difference for me. They do run big. I’d say about a size bigger but I also wear thicker socks in the winter so that’s worked out fine for me. I’m usually a size 8 and I could have easily gone down to a size 7. I have a more narrow foot and am a plus size woman, if that helps. For now though they are perfect with my socks so I’ll likely just grab a size 7 for the warmer months :) Super comfortable. Possibly the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Very lightweight too. I’m genuinely impressed! 100% recommend even if you don’t have chronic foot pain.

Ok, I do like these shoes. I have always taken a size 8. I read the reviews and they recommended to size down, but I ordered the size 8 because I wanted to wear these in the winter with my heavier socks, which I can. But I needed a pair of shoes that I can wear while I travel to warmer weather. So when I’m not wearing my heavy wool socks, I just put in double thick shoe inserts and that works great. I still have the room for my toes and it’s still very comfortable. I also measured my foot which is a 9-3/8” long and by their size chart would be a size 7. I also had to retie the end of the laces so the shoes felt a little more snug. Over all I’m happy with this purchase and size but plan on ordering another pair in the size 7. I would recommend.

I read the reviews before purchasing stating to buy the size down if you are a half size. My normal shoe size is 8.5 tennies and I ordered a size 8. The shoe is too big but not a problem as my daughter wears a size up from me so she was happy to get two new pairs of shoes. In the bottom of the shoe box they are nice enough to have a shoe size chart (to put your foot on and measure) and I should be buying a size 7.

So light on my fussy feet: they look sharp and I always get lots of complimentary comments when I wear them. Can't really say they are a support shoe, but having said that, I work in a 77,000sqft building and average 12 miles a day walking customers around the concrete floors. My feet are just fine and dandy after a nine hour shift and considering how much I've spent trying to find comfortable shoes, Hey Dudes are money well spent. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd pair of Hey Dude's and I am never disappointed! So comfortable and highly recommend!! For anyone thinking that they may be a little high priced, they hold up for a long time! I wear anywhere from a 9-9 1/2, depending on the shoe and brand and I purchase a size 9 because sometimes there aren't any half sizes and they fit perfectly, even with wearing with a thicker sock! If they seem a little tight at first, they do stretch and give way after wearing them a few times.

I absolutely love these shoes. Very comforable, easy to slip in and go. I have washed them a couple times. I wear a size 7 and they run big so I ended up ordering a 6 and they are prefect. Gave my size 7's to my daughter who wears 7.5 and they fit her great.

I can say if you want a good shoe to use for work. These are the best I work of a ranch, and I only buy Heydudes because they are the only shoes that have not fallen apart from, they type of work I have to do. I would recommend these shoes to anyone that is looking for a comfy reliable shoe.

For some reason, my feet aren't made for shoes. Always have some type of pain issue with shoes. I'm talking name brand stuff. These are the 1st pair I can wear all day and no rubbing, no pain no soreness. I will be buying more.
