Beware! Hey Dude has horrible customer service. My package did not show up, but was marked as delivered. I contacted Amazon and they told me that since the order is being handled by a third party business(Hey Dude) that Amazon can not issue a refund or replacement & Hey Dude customer service can help me. I contacted Hey Dude customer service and they only send me automated emails that inform me that the only way to get a refund is by submitting a USPS package theft claim. When I click the link they send me it doesn’t not work. Also, I should not have to do this at all. It should be their responsibility to refund me and file a claim with their shipping service they chose. I have not received my item or a refund and it’s been a week now since I ordered the shoes. So if you buy from this company and you do not get them in the mail, good luck it’s the customer’s fault and they will not help you at all. ... show more

I had no idea that Hey Dude shoes have been around for so long. I’ve worn Nike running shoes for decades and was looking to change up my look. I saw ads for these and thought I’d give them a try. They are so light weight and comfortable that I never take them off. If you have high arches like I do, I recommend getting a pair of Dr. Scholl's custom inserts. If you get the half sized inserts, slip them in on top of the ones that come with the shoes. You’ll really notice the difference in a few days. ... show more

This is a very light and comfortable shoe. Easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. It's not really a walking shoe though for longer walks, I have other shoes for that. Can't really say about durability since only have worn it for a week. I would buy again. For me these are awesome shoes too lounge around in. Great for around the house and light walking. For my feet I wouldn't want to walk long distances in them. They are super light weight and comfortable but offer very little support for the long haul.

Before you buy, look very closely to the style, there are a variety of styles, and not all are made the same way, ie. stitching; firmness; etc. I found some with stringy stitching. I found same brand (Hey Dude) at Bealls Dept Stores in Florida, but the cost was at least $10+ more, but I had a chance to view the different styles this way. ... show more

Light weight shoe bought 2 pair a size 12 and 13, the 12 are true to size and even though the material is lightweight I've been wearing this pair when I'm doing light yard work and they are holding up to be expected , Acually better than what I expected. The 13 I was gonna send back, they are a tad big but the shoe is so lightweight and comfy I kept them to wear as sleepers around the house for I have wood floors, trust me buy a pair you won't be sorry ... show more
