These shoes were recommended by a friend so I found a pair in a local store and loved the look & comfort. As one does, I compared prices from Amazon and saved $20 by ordering from Amazon vs local big box store. The fit was on point and insoles were comfortable to me even with planters fasciitis. The fit can be fine tuned by adjusting the knots in the laces. The insole comes out for cleaning. Has drain holes for quicker drying if they get wet at the pool or beach. I have worn them daily since purchase and can't be happier. They will be going with me to the beach next week.

Love hey dude shoes. Thought the mesh in the product description was talking about the fabric on the top and bottom not the actual soles of the shoe. See picture for all the holes in the sole. Would be a good shoe for boats but other than that I do not wear these shoes. First time I had them I stepped in a small 1/4 deep puddle and had soaking wet feet for the next two hours. Gave me a blister since we were walking a good bit. If you live in Arizona you should be good though.
