Got this for a Mother's Day gift and it's so cute. The material is really good it's well crafted and it just looks really smart. It has it inside zipper pocket for smaller items as well as an inside zipper pocket too. And outside zipper pocket which is perfect for cell phone and it comes with a little keychain fob thing which is cute as well. The package arrived timely. Shipping/packing of the poduct was BAD. This $90.00 handbag was shipped in a only a polybag --USPS. It was put in the mailbox, which meant the plastic package was folded in half- which meant the handbad was squished tightly into to mailbox, I would not get the handbag to reshape. (There was a cloth bag around the hangbag.) The quality of the handbag is borderline ok. Between the packaging and the quality--I expected better. I am unable to return as the packaging got tossed. Another Amazon order that I received that went down in price of what I paid! That is very frustrating. However, the bag is beautiful! I bought this SOLELY based on reviews and on ONE question asked. The leather is soft and luxurious! I'm sure it'll soften over time with use. It looks of great quality! I'm excited to be able to use this. I NEVER use the cross body straps, so I always give those away. The bag looks much more expensive than what I paid. I got the black one and it looks amazing! The lining feels like the ORIGINAL Coach lining, not the highest quality, but also not cheap. Very happy with the purchase. Would purchase another Heshe bag. :) ... show more
