These holiday Hershey's bars strike the fun balance between family favorite and festive. Each individual bar has a clean and nicely defined Grinch mold that looks just like the character, granting that extra seasonal charming touch—perfect for stockings, gift bags, or a holiday candy dish. Size wise, they fall between a fun size and full sized bar, making them a nice and satisfying single serve treat. As for the chocolate itself, it's classic Hershey's: sweet, creamy, and consistent with the signature, slightly waxy finish that sets it apart from richer European style chocolates. If you enjoy the standard Hershey flavor profile, these land exactly where you'd expect them with the festive Grinch, too. The bars were in perfect condition and unwrapped easily without breaking. The molds were sharp and consistent across all bars with no melted edges or sloppy impressions. The bright green packaging and Grinch artwork add so much personality and seasonal flair. Bottom line? I mainly got these for the Grinch theme for holiday treat bags, but they’re actually pretty handy to have around for snacking too. They taste exactly like regular Hershey’s milk chocolate, so you’re not getting anything new in terms of flavor, just the same creamy and sweet chocolate you expect. The fun part is the packaging, and it’s surprisingly well done. The wrappers are bright and clear, and the green Grinch design looks nice in person, not blurry or washed out like some seasonal candies can be. Each bar is individually wrapped, which makes them easy to toss into stockings, advent calendars, party favor bags, or even just a candy dish. I like individually wrapped candy because it keeps things fresher and you don’t have to worry about them picking up pantry smells. I tried one right away to check freshness, and the chocolate had a clean snap when I broke it, which usually means it hasn’t been sitting around too long or melted and re-solidified. The size is nice too. They’re small enough that you can just have one without feeling like you’re overdoing it, but still enough chocolate to actually enjoy. I’ve stored the rest in a cool cabinet and they’ve held their shape well so far with no soft spots or blooming on the surface. These would be great for kids since the wrappers are cute and easy to open, and they’re also nice for adults if you want something festive without paying extra for novelty chocolate that doesn’t taste very good. They work for baking too. If you’re making Christmas trail mix or topping something like brownies or cookies, they melt the same as a normal Hershey’s bar. Not much to critique since this is literally regular Hershey’s with a seasonal wrapper, but that’s exactly what I expected and wanted. Make sure you read the product description. These bars are 1.2 ounce mini bars in the 6 pack. I thought they were full size bars and would be a great deal however mine were delivered to my mailbox today and are all melted. So they are mini bars and the pack is $6.99. Not a great deal. 😢

This Hershey’s milk chocolate Grinch bar is such a perfect little Christmas treat! Honestly, you really can't go wrong with Hershey's Chocolate. Quality made chocolate, these taste as great as I expect them to. They are smaller than your standard full sized candy bar (see photo next to a standard candy cane for reference). Its shocking because the bar itself is substantially smaller looking, but the packaging states it is a 1.2 oz bar. Your standard Hershey bar is 1.55 oz. So it's not much of a difference in weights, really. With that in mind, it's actually priced relatively fair. Either way, tasted great! And it didn't last long in the pantry. ... show more
