Ok, I'm 5' 10" and weigh 260 lbs. I ordered an XL according to the size chart. The length is to the floor and it wraps around my sizable girth adequately while standing, but when sitting, I'm playing a bit of peek-a-boo if you know what I mean. So, I'd probably go a size bigger than what the chart suggests if you are considering sitting around wearing it while going commando underneath. It's very warm and plush and comfortable to wear, the hood will really come in handy when getting out of the shower on a cold winter morning, or when feeling the chills with a cold or flu. It not very heavy to wear, it's pretty light but doesn't feel overly thin. As for durability, well, I really can't comment on that yet, I've only had this robe for a single day. I'm really hoping it won't shrink in the wash because I have little room to spare in it, and if it shrinks much at all, I won't be able to wear it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, just with a warning about the sizing.

I love this full length robe with the hood so much! It is instantly warm. I am frequently cold and this solves the problem. It is cushy. It is warm. It feels luxurious. It is not expensive. You just gotta like being nice and cozy.

Get out of the shower, dry off, put the robe on, within minutes your toasty warm, just remember that your answering the door with nothing on underneath it, LOL, make sure it's tyed up or you will be swinging in the breeze, LOL all kidding aside very nice, comfy and really warm, I'm wearing it now and practically starting to sweat, CONS, only one, well, so far,LOL when you first get it you'll want to put it on, trust me you will, you'll start to notice the blue fuzzies following you all over the house, I believe that was mentioned in a review, listen guys nothing is perfect in this world of ours so suck it up and enjoy the warmth you'll get, you'll see. Good fit, worth the money, just remember that your not wearing anything underneath, and I wouldn't print (say) it if it wasn't true.,I have always been critical of everything, just letting you know. This was the 3rd robe I ordered off line. The others did a great job making the robe look good, but when I got it, it was thin, rough and not properly sized! So we sent them all back. When this one arrived, we were worried. I wear an X-Large and most of these robes seem like they're at least one size smaller... This unit was EXACTLY the right size! The quality of the material, the softness, the size, attention to detail in placing the robe belt at the right height, everything. And the hood, PERFECT! it flares out, and comes up your shoulders just right. If you're wanting a nice robe, without paying a terrible price, this is the one to consider. - We also bought the matching female version for my girlfriend! Same Quality, Same nice fit, and same level of softness! - We highly recommend these robes!

Fits perfectly, almost too warm for me after 30 minutes of wearing indoors but I love it. Didn’t shrink after washing but is a bit loose on me. Great length to the floor, and good is great for outdoors.

This robe is VERY WARM! Bought it as a replacement for my husbands old robe and it is muuuuch cozier given it’s heavier weight than most robes. He is bald and appreciates the hood. He is over 6’ and the length is just right hitting at about mid shin. Would recommend!
