I purchased the Transit Line Sling Pocket about 9 months ago. I love it and tell everyone about it, but have a bad problem. The strap bunches where it connects to the pocket, and comes undone about once per week. I tried adjusting the strap so it is either tighter or looser on me, so the part of the strap that keeps bunching up is moved to different points, but that only helps delay the inevitable. The strap became disengaged once while I was walking and I almost lost the entire pack. I thought about putting a strong metal clip on the strap to prevent it from bunching up and working itself off of the metal connector, but that looks bad and I shouldn't have to do that. I may change my review of the durability if HEIMPLANET suggests a fix.

I love the bag's look and size, and the design is very convenient. However, the strap could be more comfortable and digs into my shoulder a bit so I added an extra shoulder pad. The most unfortunate thing is the stitching is fraying in multiple places, and makes me concerned about durability. Hope they will address this in the future because otherwise love the bag.

I researched and read so many reviews and looked at so many over the shoulder sling style bags before buying this one. I love this bag! It looks sleek, has so many pockets (two elastic small interior ones I found after I'd used it over a month - for four total, plus an interior and exterior zip section), and it holds a ton! I have to carry some medical items with me at all times and they fit along with a small wallet, my mask, and odds and ends, with some room to spare. I'd love it even more if the zipper section on the front were more usable. It's cramped space for that one section, so I rarely use it. But the bag's amazingness outweighs that drawback. Definitely recommend this bag!

Love the bag. However, despite having only stored a minimal amount of items in the bag, I am already seeing stitching that is coming loose after only a couple weeks, which shows poor quality craftsmanship, to be honest. I would highly recommend changing how they stitch the zipper to the outer part of the bag at the top. Also, please please make it an option to get the quick release strap for a minimal fee rather than 50 euro/$60 USD for the transit line courier strap meant for messenger bags. The quick release strap obviously comes standard on the 3L, it's a shame the strap is not cheaper. I could buy an entire new bag for the price of the strap. Again, love the bag, but definitely some improvements are needed before I can recommend this highly. The stitching needs improved and a standard quick release strap option on this 2L bag would make this a stellar bag. :) Until then I am looking at other bags now. :(

Exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. The only thing that I find slightly uncomfortable is that the strap rubs against my neck a bit. I look the love, the feel, and the materials though. The interior pockets/organization are incredibly useful.

Super sling... but it's too small for me and that is my total mistake!.... word to the wise.. always go bigger than you think you need! Anyways I do love it.. even though I can't cram all my stuff in it.

Been using this for a few months and I love it. I’ve gone through a ton of other bags but I think I’ve found my main bag from here on out. It’s perfect for carrying my wallet, keys and phone, plus mask, mini hand sanitizer, chapstick, pills, pocket knife, pad/tampon and pen & felid notes (to give you an idea of how much it holds). It’s perfect for anyone who don’t like to carry their stuff in their pockets or just needs a little extra room. One of the main things I love about it is that it’s so compact I just leave it on when I sit down to drive or at a restaurant- it’s never in the way. Even though it’s very small, it still opens up nicely, an issue not many other small bags do well with. It feels very durable and I’ve had no issues with quality so far. Favorite EDC bag ever.
