My kiddo is obsessed with these! She wants to wear them wherever she goes. Well made and pretty durable so far, as she is rough on her sneakers in general. Take caution if your child tries to use these outdoors, as they aren’t really made for rougher surfaces (could cause injury).

I bought these Heelys without reading the reviews because we previously purchased another pair from Amazon and my daughter loved it. This is her second pair. The reasons I removed two stars are: First, as many people said, this product does not come with the tool and parts to remove the wheels. I really like the ability to remove the wheels because we previously brought the shoes on trips and my daughter used them as a regular shoe, or when we put the wheels back in place, she was able to play around. With this pair, we cannot do this. She likes them and didn’t want to return, so we kept them. Second, this was a gift to my daughter. I paid full price. And as a new product, I expected to arrive everything in excellent condition. Thank goodness it was not a gift to someone else, because we received a returned product and the box arrived full of tape and with the return sticker on it. That would not be a presentable gift!!! Finally, I have a few questions: Are the parts and tools missing? Remember, I received a returned product, so I don’t know. Or did Heelys stop including them with the shoes? ... show more
