I purchased a queen size and for some reason it seems like a twin or full. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the item. It does provide some support for the parts of the mattress it does cover. It’s pretty much assembled upon taking it out of the box.

It's not long enough for the twin bed and is a full foot and a half too short. I saw it was for a twin bed and didn't think I needed to measure it. It is made well and is sturdy, just not made for an American Twin Bed.
