Looks nice and while it is slow to heat up, it does eventually. Very difficult tro program from unit (since the controller is on the bottom you have to sit on the floor to program). No obvious way to just turn on and off manually with-out programming at all. App is difficult to connect and not at all intuitive on how to use once you finally get it connected. The product paint was in poor condition with cracks all over the frontal and back side tubes. The instruction manual doesn't explain how to do the hardwiring installation, my advise is that don't purchase this expensive and bad product.

I disliked that it appears as if it comes with a converter to hard wire. It does not. And doing so voids the warranty. However, we did it, so far so good. It warms beautifully, looks nice, FYI costs over 1k to install with a hard wire set up.

We purchased this warmer about a year ago and had electricians install it with a hardwired connection (this is an option but is not required). It was a smooth installation and we have had only software issues with the device. After installation, we downloaded the application to control the schedule and use that pretty much exclusively to manage a program for heating. It is a little tricky figuring out all the icons and app ins and outs, but otherwise it's very simple to use. Someone asked a question recently about turning it off and on; I have posted two photos that show what the screen looks like. The photo that has the moon illuminated is what it looks like when it's on; the one with the checkmark illuminated is what it looks like when it's off. I threw in a photo of what it looks like with the plastic accessory hooks holding clothing and extra towels. We love having warm towels and in the cooler months, it's great for warming up clothing in the morning before getting dressed.
