Initially bought the smalls and thought they would work but after spending a whole shift pulling them up, I bought them in x small. The drawstring is not a drawstring so cannot tighten the waist. The material is also stretchy so I think when I initially put the smalls on they were ok then stretched out. The xsmall were a little snug but stretched out perfectly. Comfy, cool, stretchy material. Good amount of pockets. Much like the more expensive brands on line.

Gosh I want to give these a 5 so badly. They are my favorite scrub pant by far… the 5-10 year ago version though. These are still soft and comfy but they just aren’t made like they used to be. The sizing is different and it just makes me sad!
