I spent more money to avoid issues. This thing has issues. Keyes get stuck and get sent too many times. For example after pasting something it will just add "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv" until I hit esc key. Other times the mouse just will not work. Just won't connect despite being plugging into the keyboard and thr keyboard works fine. It's just small things that happen every hour that I wad hoping to avoid by spending a little more. It's very annoying.

Works great for surface pro and PC with dual monitors and Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard combo. Setup went smoothly. No issues at all. Did end up buying a dock for the surface pro as well then dock output wires went to the KVM.

The distributor’s customer service team solved my issue with this product promptly, and I am very pleased. This product worked great for about a month and a half, and made my life so much easier. Then, suddenly, there was a button malfunction and it would no longer stay on one input or the other - It continuously flip-flopped between computers and became unusable. I explained the issue to the distributor of this product, and they said their engineering team needed to investigate. Because they were unsure of what caused the issue, they kindly insisted on refunding my money rather than replacing the product, as they didn’t want to promise that a replacement would fix the error. It is rare to see that level of care and consideration for the customer these days, even from big tech companies. I appreciate the honesty from their team, and the desire to resolve the issue in an ethical manner.

However, now my wireless LOGI keyboard and mouse do not work and my USB camera i connected wont work either. Extremely frustrated and have no one to help. Can someone help and send some advise as to which Keyboard i should use and why camera wont work?

Small sleek design. Easy hook up. Only issue was with usb wireless keyboard/mouse combo. After a bit, the keys would repeat and scroll wouldnt work (issue with 2 different logitech k/m combos/also trued both usb ports) . Switched to seperate wired mouse and keyboard and works fine.

I ordered this hoping I would be able to hook up my work laptop and my personal laptop and switch between them while also using dual monitors for both of them...I work doing graphics and having access to two screens while working in either laptop is essential for me. No matter what I tried, I could not get this to work for me. I could get one computer on one screen and one on the other...but that's not what I need. If you want that type of functionality this would work great for you, I needed something different.
