Love this stuff! It is a perfect gradual tanner. It is not going to get you a deep tan overnight like other products, it is designed to be buildable. I am fair and it took a few applications before it started to make me look tan. It never looked orange or streaky or unnatural. I think you would have to use way too much or do a bad job applying it to make that happen. The best part is that it is the least smelly tanning lotion I have ever used. Yes it smells very slightly like fake tanner, but only mildly and has a nice tropical scent. Every other tanning product I have used I feel like I have to shower off the smell before I go out into the world. With this stuff the smell is so minor you don't have to worry. It might be a little stronger if you do your entire body (I mainly just use it on my legs) but still not bad at all compared to other products. ... show more

I like this lotion, it feels good on, smells nice. It is not streaky, although it can be splotchy if you aren’t careful. Adds just a tough of color and is buildable—works well with my pale complexion, as it doesn’t get too dark.

I like the smell on the lotion and that it is light to apply. It takes a bit to dry so you have to take time to apply it. I liked that the color was noticeable after applying it but I did not like that after the shower it rubbed off a bit on a whit towel. For the price I understand the quality but wished it would have lasted a bit longer. I exfoliated and made sure my skin was clean but some areas looked a bit darker than other so you have to be careful on the application. ... show more

I used Jergins and loved it, but this had more product for the money, so I tried it. This doesn't build up as much, meaning it took longer to get the color and maybe it's not quite as dark, but I can use it as my daily lotion, and it doesn't crumble or rub off when I get out of the shower. EDIT: THERE REALLY ISN'T A HORRIBLE SMELL BUT YOU CAN STILL SMELL THAT FUNKY SMELL ON YOUR SKIN FROM SELF TANNERS IT JUST SHOWS UP AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND AT THAT POINT I HAD TO GO SHOWER.... BUT STILL NOT AS BAD AS THE OTHER ONES. So not only do I very rarely give a 4 ⭐ review but never ever a 5 ⭐... I bought this to try it out and if you like a product that moisturizes, has 24-hour hydration, gradual tan and the best of all HAS NO HORRIBLE SMELL TO IT 😲! I am still shocked as I'm writing this review smelling my arms they smell wonderful I am not new to self tanning this was the first time I bought this product since it is new and it is great and I will be back to buy it again. I used as an entire body moisturizer after I got out of the bath, you will not be disappointed in this product. If I could leave a no star review I would. I use this ‘gradual self tanner’. The first shower I take (after pigment shows up, so a day and a half later) and it WASHES OFF COMPLETELY. I have vitaligo on my legs so I zero pigment. I watched my legs go from SLIGHTLY tan/orangey (which the color I wasn’t happy about either) pre shower, to absolutely no pigment after. (Photo- the ‘tan’ I had pre-shower was at least somewhat close to the tan on the top of my foot. After shower, there is the distinct line and patch where there is no pigment-where the ‘tanner’ washed off) ... show more

This is probably one of the easiest and cheapest gradual tanners that actually work! I was skeptical at first because on the ingredients list, DHA was listed as the lowest ingredient, but the lotion really does develop color. I’d say if you’re a die hard dark tanner then maybe this isn’t for you, because while it does develop a beautiful color it’s more on the light-medium side. Honestly though for the price I still think thats a good result. The smell is very sweet and tropical and I never really noticed that bad of a DHA smell after development. Like there’s definitely DHA there but in comparison to other self tanners its very light. I’d definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something to extend your sun and sunless tans, this pairs really great with Isle of Paradise’s tanning drops for me. ... show more
