All the reviews are good. One of the highest rated LED mirrors. But why? It seems to do the same thing my other LED mirrors do but costs 40% more than the others. Btw...it seems all the LED mirrors are Chinese made, some of them the same mirror with different labeling. OK, is Hauschen a good mirror? Yes! Solid and worked out of the box. It is packed well and two mirrors arrived unscathed. Is it worth $100 more than similar made mirrors? Hard to say. Certainly the mounting system using two drywall anchors would seem old school. Newer mounting systems use a shelf type arrangement. Well, it got here in under a week, it arrived with no damage, it went up on the wall with minimal effort, and it came as advertised.

We installed 2 mirrors in our bathroom - they look great. Attached is the template my husband created to hang them properly. He also had to build cleats for the mirrors to rest on. Would be better if the company sent a cleat as part of the package - it seems like it really wouldn't hang well without it. Husband is very handy - I don't think this mirror would be easy to install for someone who doesn't really know what they are doing.

Purchased for our bathroom remodel and it looks great! However the color of the light is not a bright white as hoped and after taking off the clear protective film from the mirror, we now have spots that are not wiping off. The touch sensor is pretty sketchy and does not work according to the directions of moving finger up, down, or side to side to adjust the brightness. Our finger has to stay in the bottom right side of the square. The mirror will be used for the function but not too impressed with the quality.

My contractor installed it so I couldn’t tell how it was to install, but I love the mirror. Lights up my face when doing my morning and night time facial routine. It’s not meant to light up a room and it’s not intended for that.

This model (brand?) has a long delay when turning on from the light switch which is is quite annoying. I have another LED mirror in a different bathroom which is a different brand and it turns on immediately. I didn't buy that brand again because there was no inventory available for 6 months. Wish I would have waited. Otherwise the mirror is fine.

Really happy with my order of these mirrors. We ordered 2 for Christmas, they were delivered perfectly, when we went to set them up after Christmas we found that one of them had been shattered in the shipping. We reached out to customer service about how to get a new one, and they immediately shipped us a replacement and asked us to discard of the broken unit. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and was a great company to work with.

I love this new mirror. I was afraid that it would not be bright enough but it is. I do have a wall-mounted make-up mirror too though. Great size and looks fantastic. I had my handyman install it and he said it was not difficult though it was his first. He hard-wired it in the back and I use the touch button on the front to turn it on. He could not tap into the light switch which would have been more convenient so now I turn on the overhead light upon entry then the mirror light if I want it on. My girlfriends love it.
