We ordered this for our fun room, when we received it, the felt on the table was torn! The box was damaged as well, but the drivers would not wait for us to open and check, said they could not take back, if it was. My husband is over sixty and it weighs 400 pounds, nevertheless we asked for it to be replaced, even though we paid someone to help him with assembly. We decided to assemble because we have lots of family coming for Christmas, then we’d just have to switch out the table top itself. When my son in laws came today to help, we open the new box and this one is damaged worse than the first was. It’s obvious that the forklift is damaging the tops, the tears are lined exactly with the forks of a lift. It’s possibly a shipping issue, rather than the manufacture itself, however, the pool table is not impressive enough to keep going thru this inconvenience. Now I have two 400 pound items to try to return, ridiculous. The two drivers they sent with the first barely was able to get in the house, with help of our neighbors, We had to get because one of the drivers was much old than my husband and could lift the table. I mean shipping is horrible!!! Pool sticks are poor quality, even though it’s obvious shipping damage the table top is low quality, we noticed when used all the felt balls up. Benches are nice that come with it.

Love the table. No it’s not without it’s flaws. Sometimes the ball rolls into the hole when it should have stops but it’s very minimal to be a struck against the table. Felt is fast so it will take some breaking in. Pools sticks are cheap but I expected that. Balls are like 4oz. Build took about 1.5 hours with a partner. Table is heavy. Only frustration I had was with the delivery. The company didn’t want to even take the table off the truck. They are sitting in front my house and the guy said send it back and come pick it up because he didn’t want to deal with it. Mind you we where his to assist. He was not alone. Secondly the corporate ppl said they could not drive up my driveway to try and get it closer than the street because of legal reasons. It was a whole debacle. Obviously we got it off but it was about 20 mins of back and forth to convince this man to get my table off the truck. At one point he said he would have had to leave it at the curve if we weren’t here. THIS IS UPS!! Anyway I love the table just please ask questions to the delivery company when that call to setup the delivery. Paid 1700

Very heavy , they couldn't bring it upstairs, glad I was home to receive it because they would have left it outside .. for such an expensive table I was expecting better quality on the wood , wood is chipping and the metal corners coming off place , the felt is kinda thin and has a couple of bumps also is peeling a lot , table is never adjusted it feels on some places that it is not even and the balls look like they are going in weird patterns . Even though we leveled the table and adjusted the legs a few times! Also don't bend or sit on the table it's just gonna throw it off balance .. bench seats could have been a little taller , we are kind short and our chest is right where the table starts , so you have to get up to reach something in case you are dining on it . Also , be careful and add protection at the tabletop because it will stain quick .. I think we are making it work but it's sad to have these details to annoy us .. sadly there is nothing we can do .

The pool table isn’t flat. The balls roll the the edge of the table every single time. Cheapest pool table quality I’ve seen in quite some time. Save your money people. Aside from that, it’s at least decent looking

The table looks great and plays well- or at least good enough where at my skill level I can't tell much difference between it and a bar table. The benches are much heavier than I expected, they're not flimsy at all. Everything went together pretty easily. My only minor complaint is with the table tennis paddles and the pool cues. The cues are extremely light, they might be ok for kids but most adults will probably prefer something with a bit more weight. Likewise, the paddles are a bit small for adult hands. Overall, it's great!

Complete ripoff. Like many other reviews, the pool table felt arrived with huge rips, making it unplayable. But there’s no way to see that until after you build it, because of the way the packaging and assembly order works. Shameful how little care they take.

This table is beautiful and everyone is blown away when I tell them the games that are hidden inside. Love that the benches open. Seriously this table is so cool. We eat dinner on it. Play games on it. My nieces and nephews love playing pool and ping-pong. The best part is it just looks like a high-end table, but then has so many uses. It is very, very heavy and somewhat difficult to get put together but once it is, it’s worth it.
