My daughter got some money for her birthday and just had to spend it. She ended up buying this. It looks really cool on the commercial, but the reality was totally different. It was flying all over the place and hitting walls. My daughter could not stop it properly so, I had to stop its flight every time, which would have gotten old, if it were not for the fact that she only played with for about a total of 20 minutes. She was also having difficulty controlling its flight. It looked much easier on the video (but don't they all). I do not know if she got bored or just frustrated. It was probably a combination of both though. This is a surprisingly durable toy. I do not know how the dress/wings survived. Anyway, currently, the toy is sitting in our yard sale box waiting for the next yard sale. And she has not missed it one bit. Well, that is just my experience with the toy through the eyes of my daughter. Hopefully your child's experience will be better. ... show more

My daughter is turning 7 and so this will be one of her gifts. We have not tried it out yet but I wanted to say it is seriously so pretty!! Think she will love it. We got it at a great price $25 and it doesn’t look cheap or anything so I’m pretty happy with that.

Last week, I bought a Crystal Flyers doll for my daughter during my travels. The purpose was to surprise her with a special gift upon my return to Brazil. Regrettably, the experience has been far from what I expected. The doll, when placed in our living room to fly, consistently lasts no more than 2 minutes before colliding with the wall and crashing to the floor, causing distress among the children. Shockingly, during one of these falls, one of the wings detached, rendering the doll incapable of flying after just the first use. To summarize, the toy did not even last a day. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the product, especially considering the significant investment involved. My kids love the unicorn and the small hatchimals it comes with. I wish this thing had a volume button though because its on its LOUDEST setting. Talks and the motion sensitivity is fun for the kids.
