The media could not be loaded. Best Christmas gift! My 3 year old loves his fairy and so does the rest of the family! We have played with the fairy plenty of times now since Christmas and every time we all have had lots of fun. Twice the fairy's wing has broken off, but it easily snaps back on, so it is no big deal. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer and I wish there was a reset button instead of having to turn it off and on everytime you want the fairy to start flying again after it crashes but those don't bother me too much. My 8 year old granddaughter loves this little fairy. Its really cute. A bit overpriced but what isnt these days! Would purchase again.. it made her so happy and said it was her favorite gift.

Fascinated with all things fairy, my granddaughter picked out this flying fairy. She was excited when it arrived; however, be aware that this Hatachimal fairy/pixie was not as expected. The fairy does fly but is difficult for a 6-year-old to launch and control. Additionally, this Hatachimal is not a typical toy in that it's difficult for a child to play with in the traditional sense. The wings are fragile, and when the fairy crashes (it crashes often colliding with ceilings, walls, and furniture) it requires relaunching from its base and often needs recharging. The playtime is relatively short and usually requires adult intervention or supervision. In addition, this flaying Hatachimal became entangled in my granddaughter's hair during the flight. We had to use scissors to separate the toy from her hair. ... show more

Very cute but disappointed. Video shows controlling it some by holding your hand under the fairy. This is not true. I tried it first to show my grand daughter how to work it and I tried to stay under it haha it slammed into the wall and 1 wing came off however it goes back on. Also the the instructions say to ply charger into the fairy’s back…no it goes in the bottom edge of her dress. (Not under but the bottom edge) not sure I can recommend for kids under 6. ... show more

I bought this for my Granddaughter on her birthday. She "Loves" it ~ and she couldn't believe it actually flies. She has taken good care of it. It was a "Great" find ~ worth the "Price" ~ and is very durable. So glad I made this purchase.

    • Not safe!
It crashes always. It spins uncontrollably at high speeds and has no safety features to prevent it from hurting fingers or getting caught in hair. It never worked as advertised. It spun so forcefully that it gouged a deep line into the paint of me wee one's bedroom wall!
