I use my cap holders for my hot pot holders. I put them under the cabinets, so much space can be used. They are so handy. I put one never the stove and the other on the other side to hold my small cooking utensils.

I am a little worried about when we need to remove it, but it’s extremely stable and very convenient for my hats. UPDATE: Yeah, no. One night my husband and I heard something fall while we were sleeping. We woke up and saw the hat racks had both fallen off the wall and taken a bit of paint with them as well. We thought maybe it was our cat that had knocked them down or possibly the weight. We put them back up and left them empty for a day or two, then put less of our hats back on. This continued for weeks. Any time we place even a few hats on, they fall off the wall. But as long as they’re empty, they stay up. So, if you plan to buy this just as wall decoration and not to use, then sure. ... show more

The adhesive is not strong on this product. It held 5 baseball caps for less than two hours in my closet. I am using it to hold a few light weight scarves instead as it has very little tolerance for weight. Easy to install, just peel and stick.
