I initially loved these cups, because they were advertised as dishwasher safe. They are not. After a few washes, they start to peel. The problem is not just cosmetic, as the peelings come off and fall into your drink or into other foods you may have while you are using the cups. Because I don't know whether the peeling metallic paint is toxic and I want to protect my family, we are going to discard the cups. The manufacturer could have easily designed these cups without the paint and avoided this problem. ... show more

I like this mug very much. I am a very slow tea drinker, and it keeps my tea hot for a long time. However, although the information on this product site says "dishwasher safe" and "the tough Duration coating . . . won't crack, peel, or fade," mine has peeled on the bottom, as you see in the picture, and also on the handle. I do wash it in the dishwasher, as it is purportedly safe to do so. I expect the peeling will continue, as you can see in the outer edges of the peeled part of the mug that there is already coating that is bent back and will surely come off, presumably leading to more peeling. For this reason I have given this mug only three stars rather than five. ... show more

This is a perfect cup. The right size and many colors to choose from. I put hot tea in it and took it in the car. We were at an event for 6+ hours and the cup was in the car. 29°F out. I still had to blow on the tea before drinking it. It also keeps ice for over a day. It's not that expensive other brand but it performs just the same for way less. ... show more

    • Doesn't Keep Drinks Warm for Very Long
The cup is smaller than I would prefer. It barely holds a K cup of coffee with cream. It's thin and the insulation is not the same quality as an Ozark cup. Coffee doesn't stay as warm in this cup as I would like it to. The lid is way too tight and I had to really struggle to get it off. I really don't recommend this cup. ... show more

    • Loving a toasty beverage all day!
This will be my new cool/cold weather companion. I 'm always drinking cold coffee, which won't be a problem with this cup! Keeps the drink too hot for an hour or two and just right all day! Of course right now it's in the cupboard as the ambient temperatures will warm a cold cup!

This product was for drinking hot coffee on patio when weather is cool or cold to keep the coffee hot. These babies do the trick! Plus they come with travel lids to take on the go! Very satisfied with purchase! Oh, and they are made of stainless steel, which means they will outlive me!!!

    • Got wrong color—one that was even listed as an option
This cup seems fine, however, I ordered the forest green and ended up with a bright blue colored mug instead. I really did want the green, but it doesn’t feel worth the return effort if it keeps my coffee warm while camping. I’ll know that in a few days...
