I've only had this item under a week so I cannot speak to it's longevity but I can't speak to first impressions. Firstly, the item arrived well packaged and without any signs of damage. It was easy to plug in and turn on. When I was looking at mirrors, there were a couple things that I wanted. Size and Brightness. I've purchased other light up mirrors where the bulbs do not protrude outside the mirror. Unfortunately, I was left unimpressed by the lack of brightness. I had a $50 mirror that lit up better than the very expensive ones. I googled this brand and by luck I found a YouTube video where the person showed just how bright this was. When compared to all the others, this was the only one I found where a person stated they wished they had sunglasses on due to it's brightness (which btw, can be easily adjusted). I knew I had to give this a try. It did NOT disappoint. It's exactly as described. It's picture perfect! It looks high quality and I love that the buttons are so easy to touch and turn on in an instant. I hope this lasts for a long time! I highly recommend giving it a try. ... show more

I bought this mirror for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. For vanity space, I had to wall-mount it, but the backing wasn’t really strong enough on its own. I was able to reinforce it, so wall-mounting was a success. Also, several reviews said that replacement bulbs were included… my packaging came with none. So, I still need to figure out what type of bulbs I will need for replacements. Overall, a good product, but there is room for complaint at this price point. ... show more

The mirror is so pretty !!! The light were working as soon as I opened the box. Shipping was fast. The mirror came well packed. It didn’t came broken. Customer service is really nice. The delivery person was careful with it. However didn’t came with light replacement, but if anything goes wrong with the lights I can just contact customer service and ask for replacement. I first ordered a 22.8” x 18.9” mirror from impressions because everyone swears by them & immediately returned it after it arrived with a broken bulb. Was way too small for the price ($100 ON SALE) & was cheaply made. This one is bigger than I expected and I love it! It has 2 charging ports (c-port & usb) on the side which the impressions only had just the one usb. It also came with the 10x magnifying mirror that suctions on to this one which is nice when needed. I was so afraid it was going to arrive broken or smashed but the packaging was superior. It works straight out of the box. And I love that it has the hanging option on the back of the mirror if you want to hang it on the wall. Impressions didn’t even have that. I also like the thickness of the mirror itself. I will definitely order again in the future. Maybe upgrade. But I am absolutely satisfied with this mirror especially for the price. $23 more than the impressions and you get a lot more than them. ... show more

It came in one piece with no scratches. Well protected and was able to carry it up the steps by myself. I’ve always wanted one of these so I took the plunge. Its not wireless so there is a plug on the right side. Very large and fit almost the entirety of the desk.
