Description

Ready, set, go! This edition of the Perfection board game comes with 25 red and 25 yellow shapes, so 2 kids can play at once. Choose Duel mode and race against the other player to fit more shapes in their matching holes. But watch the timer! The player who matches the most shapes before time runs out wins. Kids can also play the classic way, where they take turns trying to be the quickest to place all their shapes. While kids are playing the Perfection game, they can also practice valuable skills, including focus, hand-eye coordination, and shape recognition. Play without the timer so that it's easier for younger players. And, when they're all done playing, kids can easily store the pieces inside the game unit, and the included shapes storage box. The kids' game is for 1 or more players, ages 5 and up.

  • It's not worth the purchase
First day we got it. It worked fine. Played for about 30min. Bought in April and just now pulled it out the closet again and it's July. The timer is skipping from 0 to 15 then from 15 to about 55. It only going to 60seconds. My 4&5 yr olds are now getting frustrated with it because it's not working like it use to when they first played it. ... show more

  • Just as I remember
Never had this game when I was little and now I got it for my son. Super fun and entertaining. Comes with two sets of shapes (red and yellow). We mixed the colors and in the bottom there is a compartment to hold the shapes. We keep one set with the game and another set in a bag elsewhere for when a piece goes missing (hasn’t happened yet). ... show more

  • Anxiety 😬
Great gift to give kids who think they can beat every game. I’m a 90’s kid so this brought back some memories of anxiety for me. (Unfortunately my kid who beats every game beat it in under 5 tries so I’ve had to mix it up for her). Great gift!

  • Engaging and fun for kids under 4
We love this game. I played as a child and recently introduced it to my kids. Here is what you should know: 1. If you have a child who is sensitive to sounds or startles easily, play the game without the timer on. My 3 year old jumps every time but thinks it's hilarious. My 6 year old gets sent into a panic every time the game pops up. Here is what I like: 1. A round only takes 60 seconds. It is fast and keeps them engaged 2. It teaches and requires turn taking and corporative play 3. There's little to no set up and explaining Here is what I don't like: 1. You have to store the 50 tiny pieces in different places. The bottom of the game has a compartment that can store a little over 25 pieces. Then, for the rest, they give you a cardboard box you need to assemble yourself. The box can fit all the pieces. But if you want to keep the colors separate for faster game play, you need to use the two places. *This isn't a big deal, but it was an oversight. ... show more

  • Quality Not What It Used To Be
We were excited to get an old retro game from our youth. Our old travel version one finally broke after years of use and abuse by little kids. Right out of the box, this only popped up maybe 25% of the time. Very disappointing, especially after taking the time to cut off and trim the sharp nibs off two full sets of pieces. Maybe we just got a bad one. Returned it. ... show more

  • Fun
I had the best time introducing this game to my son and his cousins. Easy to modify to any child's level. It can be competitive, good for shape recognition, deterity, visual scanning, and turn-taking. So fun!
