This toy is nearly impossible to be played as designed. Due to the plastic dome there is no practical way to divide up and properly position the marbles to start the game. Poorly made piece of plastic. I'm sending it back.

This is awesome as a substitute for the original Hungry Hungry Hippos game. It is a travel version and smaller than the original one. There are only 2 hippos instead of 4, but there is a dome over the game board and the marbles can't fall out. My 4 year old loves this game and I'm glad that he won't lose the marbles to this version. ... show more

This was perfect! Of course its small but thats to be expected for a travel size game. We have a toddler and she was able to easily figure it out and loves playing it! We especially love that it has a dome over it to keep the balls in, its so nice not to have to chase those around, loose them or worry about our little one choking on one. We havent had any problems with the hippos mouths not opening etc ... show more
