    • Locking wheels don’t work

The locking wheels will come unlocked during travel and the case will roll all over. Pretty useless because of this issue. If the case moves slightly it will depress the lock on the wheel. Company doesn’t pay for returns or answer messages.

The case is well-made and will suit my needs, but I specifically ordered this one because it was shown without the wheel wells in the lid, but it arrived WITH wheel wells. I don't plan on stacking these and would have preferred a smooth top for interior clearance and as a side table at gigs.
