A very nice book, especially for this price, but not for what I wanted it for. I really need contact pages and more note pages. I am going to keep it as a daily home journal thing but I am sending the second one back.

I use this type of calendar planner every year, this is probably one of my favorites. I like that it starts in November 2023. I would buy again.

The spiral binding allows it to lay flat while open. The size fits in my project bag and is still large enough to give space for all my notes.

There's a list of must-haves for me when choosing a yearly planner: purse-sized, spiral bound, monthly & weekly views, a pocket for a few important things, monthly tabs, & attractive. This planner checked all the boxes. The front & back covers seem to be made of a sturdy board of some sort, wrapped in the butterfly printed sticker. Along with the metal corner protectors, I think these will hold up well. The monthly tabs are reinforced with a thin plastic, as well. The double spiral binding also adds to the durability of this planner. I really like the quotes and the weekly priorities list on each weekly spread. Nice touch for added organization! The font used and the teal color is very attractive, although I wish they had chose a color that coordinated with the cover better, but that is just a personal preference. The only things I dislike about this planner are that the monthly spread feels a bit small. I think this is due to the side "Notes" area and lined areas below, which are not designated for anything in particular. Also, the paper feels a bit thin to me. In one of my images you can see the teal ink showing through from the page before. This will definitely limit the type of pens (& possibly ink colors) that can be used in the planner. Also, quite a few of the pages came with crinkles/bend marks in them, which didn't occur from me thumbing through it because I discovered them upon first time glancing through. Minor issue, as this will happen as I use it. The matching "today" place marker & the one with the sticky note pads are nice extras, as well as the stickers for extra organization. I would recommend this planner and think the price point is spot on.

Planners are very personal and what is good is depends on what you want. For me, this hits all of my bells: 1) Cuteness, 2) Ample Space, 3) Usability, and 4) Fun. This four things should keep me motivated to keep a planner going. Cuteness: The watercolor butterfly front and back is lovely with the gold corners,spiral ring, and year. There is no other print on the cover (except the barcode on the back) Unfortunately my cover got slightly damaged in shipping, as it only came in a flat envelope and the corner and edges took some hits. Ample space: You should have room to record appointments, tasks, or daily observations. I shall use mine as a combination of all three. There is plenty of room to divide each day with your own divisions. Because you have the two-page monthly calendar plus a quarter page for each day, you could easily use it as a diary. Usability: The spiral ring is key for me, I hate writing in the gutter! As a leftie, it is also nice to fold it back. If you plan to use it as a diary, the hardcover is awesome (Well it is nice regardless, but this cover is like a built-in clipboard.) The paper is thick and nicely glossy. My smear/bleed testing: Pilot G2 gel pen did not bleed or smear, Sharpie Ultra Fine did bleed, sorry my highlighters are dry :( Pencil did not smudge, but it not erase well even with a black plastic eraser. It also took the gloss off the paper. Fun: Stickers, yes! Post-Its, yes! Attachable ruler, yes! Brainy motivational quotes, yes! Big expandable pocket for more stuff, yes! I am not in love with the teal green/turquoise color inside, but the font is very good. Hope that helps. I have tried a lot of planners with high hopes, but one of these 4 factors stop the joy. I am thinking this large format planner will work.

This planner is one of the most versatile, user friendly, not to mention very beautiful one that I have owned. I like the the movable book mark that makes flipping to each change in days a breeze. The layout is perfect for keeping me and my days organized. The additional sticky notes provided is also a great help. I highly recommend this for those who like to keep a written planner and this also would make a great gift.
