We originally bought this bounce house for my son’s birthday and set it up in our backyard, but quickly realized it was bigger than the space we had. We had planned to return it, but my son absolutely loved it, so we decided to keep it and use it for his party. About 8 kids (ages 6–8) played and bounced in it during the birthday party, and unfortunately it developed a tear. I contacted the company directly to ask what could be done and whether a replacement was possible. They asked for a photo, and after I sent it, they kindly responded that they were sorry about what happened and sent us a brand new replacement. I’m very grateful for how easy they were to contact and how quickly they offered a solution. Their customer service was excellent. And the bounce house itself is so much fun for kids! My son still gets excited every time we set it up in the yard for him to play. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and really appreciate the company standing behind their product.

This is a super easy and fun to use bounce house. It is easy to set up for my 7 year old and almost 2 year old! They love bouncing on it for hours! Super light weight to move if needed! It is very durable.

VERY happy with this purchase. It has been a hit at my twins bday party. Size is really great. Compact enough for a standard yard, inflates in like 5 minutes. Super fun for kids and super fun for the kids! I had like 11 kids ages from 1-11 playing in it no problem. Super cool hoop inside. Seems durable I’ve already used it like 6 times.

This was really nice for my little guys 2nd birthday, except when the wind pick it up underneath and threw it across the yard. Luckily no one was in it and wasn’t injured. I don’t feel the sticks held it tight in the ground. Overall it was nice and the kids loved it

Great size, feels high quality. Easy to setup. The kids love it. I did a lot of looking to try and find one that was right. This one is big, fun, and easy. I recommend getting a rubber mallet too to hammer the stakes in easier. I also bought a very large wheeled tote to store it in which works great. It's heavy! Don't fall for the scam ones, this is the one you want.
