I needed comfortable black pants to work in the school cafeteria. I wear 12 so I purchased large and they fit great. Very comfortable. Nice, deep pockets. Easy wash and quick drying. I’m not sure what the length is, but i would like better if about 1/2 inch longer.

I've never worn a pair of "scrubs" pants before. These turned out to be very well thought-out. The fit is loose and comfortable, yet the elastic waist cinches in nicely with the included, wide drawstring. There are several deep and useful pockets, including one with a zipper. My phone and other items don't fall out of the front pocket when I lean back in my recliner...nice! The fabric seems sturdy, and they've gone through the wash several times without shrinking, fading, or wrinkling. They are lightweight enough to wear in warm weather, but smooth and substantial in feel. I think I'll be getting more of these, as they're truly very comfortable and easy to wear. I normally wear about a size 14 in pants; the size Large fit nicely (but you'd find them baggy, if you like your pants skintight).

I was so happy to receive my new Hanes Healthcare Scrub Pants, offering Moisture-Wicking & Odor Control Technology. My new scrub pants feature two deep front trouser pockets, one back patch pocket, and a hand-accessible patch pocket featuring a zipper pocket on top. The HANES COMFORT FIT SCRUB Pants are made for COMFORT. I ordered the 3X bc I needed the extra room climbing up & down during procedures (see my personal photos below). Medical scrubs are versatile & multifunctional, appropriate for use in healthcare settings such as hospitals, doctor’s offices, & long-term care facilities. I purchased the scrubs because they are easy to care for & convenient on wash day, no wrinkles, just slip them on & off. The scrub pants have a sturdy stretch fabric & they are designed for durability making them long lasting with the desired convenience of being wash & wear. I love the beautiful grey color. The scrub pants are TAG FREE offering more comfort, with a convenient adjustable drawstring cord at the waist. I would purchase the scrub pants again. I definitely recommend these affordable high quality well made wash & wear HANES COMFORT FIT SCRUB PANTS.

The material on these scrub pants is pretty average—not super soft, but not uncomfortable either. They look nice on. The length actually works for me, which is surprising since I’m short and usually can’t wear pants like this. The only downside is the waist—it’s way too high on me. They come up like three inches past my belly button, which probably just has to do with my short torso. On someone with a more average torso length, I think they’d be totally fine. Overall, I do like them and would wear them a lot if it wasn’t for the extremely high waist.

I’ve worn them through back-to-back patient rounds, and they help keep things relatively cool—even under pressure. One of the highlights here is the pocket design. There’s an impressive mix of function and intention: roomy side pockets for your basics, and a discreet zipper pocket that's perfect for securing smaller essentials like keys or a hospital badge. Whoever designed these clearly understands that scrubs aren’t just clothes—they’re a mobile toolkit. The ribbed waistband and cuffed ankles give them a more modern, jogger-inspired silhouette, which feels like a welcome update from the usual boxy scrub fit. And the tag-free design? I got these for my son because he loves how comfortable scrubs are. They fit him good however they are a little snug in the caboose area. It’s understandable because most men have a flat area back there and my son has a bubble butt. The material is high quality. It’s thick and soft. The stitching is on point and strong. The stitches are straight with no missed stitches and no loose threads. The pants are stretchy and breathable. My son absolutely loves these pants. Highly recommend.

These Hanes Comfort Fit Scrub pants are overall a solid option for everyday wear in healthcare settings. They’re lightweight, breathable, and the moisture-wicking fabric does help keep you cool during long shifts. I also appreciate the thoughtful pocket design—especially the extra zipper pocket—which makes it easy to carry essentials. The rib waistband and ankle cuffs add a modern, jogger-style touch, and being tag-free is definitely a bonus. That said, the fabric has little to no give, which makes them feel stiff compared to other stretch scrubs I’ve tried. They’re fine once on, but if you’re used to scrubs with more flexibility, you may notice the difference right away. Bottom line: If you want a budget-friendly, durable scrub with a good pocket setup and don’t mind a stiffer fabric, these are worth a try. But if stretch and flexibility are your top priorities, you might want to look elsewhere.
