I know the headline assumes I've gained weight. That isn't true, but I can tell you honestly that these panties have lost a size even before washing. I can still wear them (size 7), but they are not as comfortable as the decades old pairs I still have a few of. Those actually were a size I could count on. I might suggest folks size up as these are cotton. The fabric is also thinner than before, however I remain a loyal Hanes fan and hope things improve if the economy, the supply chain, and the world align.

I'm 37, and for most of my life I've been wearing the "cute"/colorful and very rarely comfortable underwear from places like VS. Constantly dealing with the sides of the seat creeping inwards towards the wedgie-zone nonstop, even when they're described as "full coverage". I just thought that was my lot in life. Recently, I was thinking longingly of the plain cotton underwear I wore as a kid that always stayed put on my rear end and was comfortable enough that I never had to think about it (unlike the kind I've been wearing for almost 30 years that I'm constantly having to yank out of my crack). I found these, and they looked absolutely identical to what I wore as a kid. I've been on a major nostalgia kick recently always, so I decided to order a 10 pack and see how I liked them. I LOVE THEM. Absolute game changer. I haven't had a single wedgie since I got them. No picking underwear out of my crack when I'm walking, the waistband doesn't roll down, and they don't cut into me or bind anywhere. I also feel very cute in them, despite them maybe being "granny panties" to some. I don't foresee wearing anything but these from now on. I'm 5'6" tall, around 150-160 lbs depending on the time of the month, and usually wear a size 8 in jeans. These fit me just right in a 7.

These panties seem to be very well made and wash and dry great. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is they run a little small. I normally wear a 10 and they fit perfectly in other brands I’ve bought but for some reason these are a bit more snug fitting, especially around my hips. I can still wear them but I prefer a looser more comfortable fit in my undies. So I suggest sizing up when buying these. For reference I’m 5’7” and 195lbs.

These are good if you want the basic underwear. They’re thin, not super tick or bulky and are light/breathable. They don’t show up too much under clothes. I will say about 2 of the pairs I got quickly got damaged. The seams came undone.

I bought these for my daughter, and got her the size she always wears. The pants, themselves, are fine : made, soft, etc.; BUT: is it just me, or are items being made smaller since Covid ?? (No, I don't mean that she got larger, lol . She's the same .) I held one new pair up to another one of her older pairs which was still in good shape, and the new pair was definitely cut smaller. We've noticed this same trend in shoes, as well ass other clothing items : stuff now is smaller when you compare it to an equal, older item. The quality is still there, but when I do this again, I may just automatically "up" the size. Packaged well, and arrived in good time.

I've been buying these underwear as needed for years; probably since high school. Same size, same general variety pack, two packs at a time. It's a formula that works for me. I like having a simple, go-to underwear option without having to shop around or think about it. For the most part, these fit exactly as they're supposed to. But I've found that, in every pack, there's one random pair that's smaller than all the others, despite being tagged with all the correct dimensions. This odd pair always fits AROUND the waist correctly; it's the height of the cut that's different, falling about an inch below the rest of the pairs. In the case of this assortment, I've found that the odd pair is the darker pink ones—the ones that, in the photo, are third from the top, and appear to be sort of a greyish mauve. They're not greyish mauve in person. They're definitely a dark pink, more like orchid. (The remaining pairs' colors are all correct as pictured. Black; grey; light pink; caucasian nude; bright white.) I'm not sure why this always happens in every pack (I had an odd pair in my last set, too, almost as if a pair of bikini briefs was mislabeled as regular briefs), but they aren't smaller in an uncomfortable way, just a slightly awkward way, so they still work. They're just not my favorite pairs. But again, all the others fit perfectly, as expected, so the packs are still well worth the money. The only other odd thing I've noticed is that they seem especially thin this time around. The lighter colors are literally almost sheer. You can see skin creases, etc. through them. I don't seem to remember Hanes briefs being that thin before, but because they're so comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective, it's not a dealbreaker. Even if I only get a year, year-and-a-half out of them, they'll still be worth it. That's not bad. These aren't perfect, but they're pretty damn close overall, so I'll take it. I've worn them for years and still recommend them, and whenever these do give out, I plan to keep getting more.

I'm disappointed in the fit, being some what smaller than I expected. However, The colors are bright and the prints are pleasant. They wash well. (Hanes Signature cotton briefs 6 pack in assorted colors/prints.) UPDATE: I no longer put these in the dryer. I hang them and they dry overnight. This has solved my fit problem.
