I didn't realize that gray "light steel" was not 100% cotton like the other colors. However, it is in the description if you look closely so won't take a star off. I had previously bought a blue one and loved that it was 100% cotton at a great price, so went ahead and ordered "light steel" later. It's still a good shirt, just has that very slight cling that you get with even a little polyester.

The media could not be loaded. My wardrobe needed a go-to white shirt and I'm really happy with this one. I'm 5'7" and usually wear a small in shirts. I ordered a medium and it fits great. It shrunk slightly in the cold wash, but the fit still works. I've worn it a handful of times and it's still holding up. I also bought one in 'light steel.' Medium is 20" pit to pit and 24" long. The shirt has a little stretch to it. Pros: - comfortable, soft - versatile -- goes with different bottoms but my favorite is to pair it with denim - hits below belt line so you can tuck it in if you'd like - a closet staple - good value for money Cons: - wrinkles easily - slightly see through and thin -- I'm wearing a black bra in the picture if you can see it... - runs small, order one size up if you want a looser look - looks boxy when you have it untucked I'm ordering another one since they are on sale for $6. It's nice to have a cotton t-shirt in your wardrobe. The shirt is casual and versatile. If you are looking for a simple white t-shirt that pretty much goes with anything this is the shirt for you.

I bought this tee to do tie dye with the grandsons. Initially I was unhappy as it felt thin compared to the boys tshirts but in the end it is perfect - perfect fit, perfect length, minimal shrinkage and it took the dye great, nice vibrant colors compared to the beefier guy’s tees. I’d buy more if they came in some fun colors.

This Hanes Crewneck T-Shirt proved to be an exceptional find, especially considering its budget-friendly price of around $5 which during my college years was a saving grace. It is simple and versatile, this is an excellent choice for various purposes, with a few considerations regarding its texture. Budget-Friendly Excellence: The standout feature of this t-shirt is its remarkable value for money. Priced at approximately $5, it offers an unbeatable combination of affordability and quality. I bought 5 of these t-shirts that lasted me through my college years and looked great paired with anything! I had to get rid of a few of them over time due to deodorant built up (not the t-shirt's fault, it took me a while to realize that the culprit was a stick deodorant that ruined most of my clothes before I switches to spray) that I was not able to get rid of. PRO TIP: a mixture of dish washer soap, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide takes care of this issue (and odor) within a few hours with no exception! Anyway, I ended up repurchasing these shirts a few times because of their price, comfort and versatility. Crafting Potential: The t-shirt's plain design lends itself well to creative projects. Whether you're into crafting or looking for a canvas for appliques, the Hanes Crewneck T-Shirt serves as a blank slate, allowing for personalized touches and artistic expressions. I personally never tried using this t-shirt for crafting opportunities but I figured for the price it might be a great option for crafts enthusiasts! Texture Consideration: While the t-shirt boasts various merits, one consideration is its texture. Decent quality. True to size (as far as sm,m, l, xl...), but would be considered a "slim-fit". So if you are looking for a looser fit in a t-shirt (which might be needed if you wanted to layer, as shown in picture), size up. Comfortable.
