To understand my complaint, I must mention my corporal dimensions. I'm 5'10, 170 lbs, athletic physique. I mostly wear A-shirts for exercising and running (not as undershirts) so ideally they'll fall to the hip. However, these medium Hanes A-shirts are approximately 31 inches long and extend down to mid-thigh on me, and by extension on anyone else who's my height. Let me remind readers that this is a MEDIUM, not a L or XL. Note that I bought a package of medium Hanes A-shirts at Target several months ago that are 25 inches long (compared to 31 inches). To my eye it's the exact same product so I can't explain why one is 25% longer than the other! To illustrate the difference I uploaded a picture of two medium Hanes A-shirts side by side with a tape measure in between; it should be clear which one is which. Lastly, please note that this is not a user error: I read every word of the product description in search of the length to avoid this exact problem, but of course that information is almost never available so it's a total shot in the dark when ordering any clothes on Amazon, and since shopping malls are closed due covid there aren't exactly many other options. A lot of this type of wastage could be avoided if all the relevant dimensions were part of the product descriptions so consumers could make informed decisions, instead of using FedEx as a dressing room.

I've bought this product in the past in store. This the only brand and size I wear. I was excited to buy this online because I have been to busy to stop at the store. I have to say I am very disappointed in quality of this product. The first time I washed these I washed it with a set I bought a year ago and these new ones shrank a lot. I was shocked to compare the the new ones to my old ones. My old ones have never shrunk this much. I don't recommend this product either the online product is defective or made differently than the in-store brand.

These tanks are not a Hanes product. They are fake! Amazon should cut this supplier off immediately. I ordered an XL for my husband; when I opened the box, I noticed they were so thin and flimsy. They were definitely not worth the money. After I washed them in cold water, they were just as small and the material was poor. These tanks wouldn't fit a 10 year old. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE TANKS! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. AMAZON SHOULD INSPECT THESE PRODUCTS BEFORE THEY SHIP THEM TO THEIR CONSUMERS.

I'll make it short. Everyone else is right. I received what I ordered it is just really bad. Thank God for the free return. The shoulder stitching is ugly and weird. The shoulder strap part is way too thin as well it's like a string is hanging over your shoulder. Picture is of this item on the left and the fruit of the loom premium a shirt on the right. The fruit of the looms shoulder doesn't have stitching like that on the shoulder part. This shirt is soft tho but idk why u would want this

Not the same quality that you usually get in store. It looked simialar to the original ones I normally buy in stores but this is definitely not the the same stuff. Quality is so poor that they all shrunk in first wash itself and I could see small holes forming on 2 of them already. Stiching seems to be coming out. Worst quality. Do not buy from this seller.

There is no way that these are authentic Hanes. I washed the shirts the same way I wash all of my clothes. The men’s large now looks like a children’s medium, and the bottom hem is rolled up. I think they will stretch enough for me to wear (I’m a woman and purposely sized up). If you are truly a men’s large, don’t order these.

I read all the reviews before I ordered. I took a chance anyway. I am a female and love Hanes t-shirts and have bought Hanes over the years but this product in no way resembles the Hanes t-shirts I have purchased in the stores. In the past I have loved the soft feel of Hane's "cotton" t-shirts against my skin....the texture and thread of these shirts that I ordered from Amazon feel as though there is some kind of hard plastic substance woven into the fabric, "very plastic-like" and is very itchy against my skin. These t-shirts are in no way representative of Hanes fine products I have bought in the past. I will save these t-shirts to wash my car windows.

I am a petite female and ordered a small. I wasn't sure if these were sized as unisex or men's. Out of the package (stated men's) they seemed long. After a wash/dry cycle they shrunk considerably and are now a perfect fit for me. They are thin and light so I pack them on my travels to hot climates. These will be very small for men's sizing so I'd suggest sizing up. My only criticism is that the neckline is slightly irregular.
