These run small, way small so go up to the next larger size. I have a 34" waist and weigh 160; they large is very tight on me. The material is a blend so if you're like me and are used to 100% cotton, we'll there's that. Otherwise they are very well made and live up to the brands history. Tbh I wish I had this one back.
