I wanted a pair of stretch shorts that I could casually wear out when I didn't want to wear nicer shorts or pants. These feel great, I am around a size 34-36 waist and ordered medium which fit snugly around my waist and thighs. They definitely sit above the knee which is nice. They haven't noticeably shrunk from washing. The only notable thing is that the string on the waistband is very think so it might show underneath a tighter shirt if the shirt sits below the waist. ... show more

There's a lot I like about these shorts: the material, weighting, length, fit, etc. The one thing I really dislike is what happens when I put my cell phone in the pocket. The edges of the pocket hole fold in and creases and generally looks pretty bad. Not sure how else to describe it.
