I was super excited when I received this handbag. The color is beautiful. It was just the kind of handbag I was looking for. It is very spacious and sturdy. I had seen in previous reviews people that had a similar issue with the trim coming off the handle. I had hoped mine would not have the same problem. Sadly, I was wrong. I've had the purse less than 3 months and the handles are already falling apart. I'm extremely disappointed. Update:. I contacted the company with regards to the handle and they were very friendly. They agreed to replace my bag at no charge. They were super fast in getting back to be which I appreciate. At this point I'm just waiting for the verification of shipping. definitely loved the bag at first great color and some space. after a couple months of using it every day. (which only includes getting in my truck going to work, letting it sit there for 8 hours and then just taking it home) the seams on the straps just started tearing apart. I've noticed alot of strings coming from the stitching as well. The strings didn't phase me, ita more of the plastic material used to hold the straps together just completely coming off and detaching from the purse. ... show more

I'm giving this review a 5, however I do want to mention that within the first week the strap on the wallet fell off. I wasn't really concerned because I don't use it a lot. But overall I really love this purse and wallet. It's very sturdy, easy to clean, and perfect for what I use it for.

I love this purse and wallet set. I actually use this more than my last set. I can fit everything I need inside of the purse that I need and the wallet opens up so wide that I absolutely love using it. It's so easy to pull all my cards out and keep track of everything. I also love that it sits up on its own so I don't have to fight it to keep it open. Definitely will be repurchase this in the future ... show more

    • Larger than expected. Needs to be stuffed to reshape.

First and foremost, the color is fabulous. The bag and wallet are shaped similar to Michael Kors Voyager handbags but are quite a bit larger than that style. The bag comes with an oversized wallet. The bag with the wallet inside arrived completely flattened, wrapped, and bent/folded in a box with other items. It will take a few days or weeks of the bag being stuffed with paper or packaging materials for it to reshape because right now it looks crushed and won't even stand upright. The material is sturdy enough and if the bag material relaxes it will be okay. I am sure that most bags are shipped to sellers this way but are reshaped prior to being sold to customers, so I am not too concerned but will update the review if for some reason the bag doesn't pop into shape. ... show more
